This beautiful piece features orchids I photographed at the Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids. I initially created an underpainting in acrylics, then began layer hand-stamped, stenciled and painted papers. I finished the piece with a UV protective top coat in a glossy finish.

This painting, which measure 36"x36", is painted on luxurious 3" deep museum wrap canvas. The edges of this panel are painted in metallic pearl with some paper overlays revealing the process. It's ready for display - no need for framing.
